Site Location
The development site is located at 17 and 19 Norham Gardens, North Oxford which is part of the Halls’ Norham St Edmund site of undergraduate and postgraduate Victorian villa accommodation at 17, 19, 24 and 26 Norham Gardens.
It is around a 20 minutes’ walk from the site across the University Parks to St Edmund Hall’s main College site at Queen’s Lane.
Teddy Hall students have been living on this site since as far back as 1980.
