Autumn 2024
As the new academic year commenced, cross-laminated timber (CLT) structures started arriving on site, with the new buildings quickly beginning to take shape. By the start of November, the basic structure of the first building – Park House – was in place.
SUMMER 2024
Over the summer months, further excavation and piling work took place, and we were delighted to show a number of alumni and friends of the Hall the significant progress made to date.
APRIL 2024
As initial groundworks continued, on Friday 19 April, we installed 36 metres of hoarding messaging around the site, setting out the development plans and timeline, as well as explaining its sustainability credentials.
JANUARY 2024
Demolition work was well underway in the new year and the site was prepared for archaeological investigations. Scaffolding was erected at No. 17 Norham Gardens and underpinning work commenced.
